Meals has been created to provide a unique meal prep service to it’s customers that has never been available before. A nationwide home chef meal prep service where anyone can have healthy meals prepared for them at home each week by their own private chef.

Two key objectives for Meals, beyond the delivery of the service itself, was to keep it cost effective and integrate technology with exceptional service to make the whole experience seamless.

Meals was able to achieve this, something nobody has previously attempted, in large part due to the fact that it was created by the worlds first private chef brand & experience and the UK’s highest rated catering service, Dineindulge.

When Dineindulge launched in 2016, it was also attempting something new, to create a private chef brand and service that was accessible across the UK and integrated with technology and now it offers this service in over 10 countries. It’s understanding of how to create stunning menus, up to 10 courses, then with the click of a button, send it’s chefs into client homes and prepare, cook and serve them using only domestic facilities meant that it was uniquely placed to deliver the Meals in home meal prep service.

Until now, meal prep services have focussed their offering around ultimate convenience with the reality that when mass producing dishes and shipping them to customers, there are going to be limitations on the quality of the meals you can offer. Bettering the offering you can find in a supermarket is good enough and this is by no means a simple undertaking.

However, Meals strives for something more than this, to achieve not what is acceptable but what is ideal. The Meals vision was to have the perfect dish hand placed into your fridge by its creator and remove any barrier to the quality or the standard of service possible. But we wanted to go further than this, we wanted to improve the service so that families could enjoy a meal prep service too, something the market doesn’t currently offer and finally to remove any limitation to how tailored your meals can be.

With your own chef, dedicating their time spent cooking to just you, all these barriers fall away and with this we can create a complete meal prep service without any of the drawbacks or limitations of all other meal plan and prep services.

The final hurdle was price. Hiring your own private chef is not something most people could relate to due to the status and premium nature of the traditional vision of this type of service. Having a private chef cook for you on a weekly basis is seen as one of the highest luxuries accessible to only the most wealthy and so how could it be possible that Meals could offer this service at an affordable rate?

Fortunately, it’s creator Dineindulge, had already solved this problem during the development of it’s private chef hire service and as such was able to design delicious menus that could be prepared efficiently by an expert team of chefs in the home. This means that a single chef can prepare a weeks worth of meals in just hours making the Meals service very affordable.

Whilst Meals is still closer to the premium end of the meal prep market, it’s very comparative in price to some very well known meal prep companies who can only offer mass produced, one size fits all dishes shipped to your home.

All of this means that Meals is the highest quality meal prep service available, by some margin, and the only fully tailored offering, whilst still being as easy to use as the most convenient of meal prep services.
