There isnt alot of things that taste better in the morning than a freshly made fruit smoothie. And a smoothie couldnt be easier to make, all you need is a blender, fruit juice, fresh fruit and some optional ingredients such as yoghurts, protein powder or dried.

2. Fresh Fruit Salad

A fresh fruit salad is not only tasty and filling but also healthy, not to mention quick and easy to prepare. All you have to do is assebmle a few of your favourite fruits, such as banana, apple, orange, melon, cut them up into bite size pieces and toss them into a bowl. You can coat them with fresh mint or coconut and even fresh yoghurt.

3. Hot Cereal

As simple as making a bowel of porridge or oatmeal and sprinkling a bit of brown sugar, chopped dates, raisins or almonds on top. Oat based cereals are really good for you and have a low glycemic index, which means they are absored and digested by the body. So this easy, quick and tastey breakfast will keep you energised and full until lunchtime.
